We're a pretty close knit group of pooches - we form strong friendships, and we get to know each other very well. When we new pooches join us, we love to introduce them around and get them started in their Scampering adventures - that's why they call us the "Welcome Waggin".
This week was a busy week for the Welcome Waggin team.
We welcomed little Happy to the Littles bright and early Monday morning. Now there's a perfectly named dog - a happy fellow, always chipper and easy-going. He's a great addition to the team.
Tiny Jemma joined the Littles on Tuesday, and found them perfectly suited to her fun and active play style. Meanwhile, Tessa the St. Bernard joined the bigger dogs, and found herself in very good company. She's a great gal, and already very popular with everyone.
Maggie O the Labradoodle slid right in on Thursday, making herself at home with all her new friends - it turns out she's another fan of active hose-play! At the same time, we welcomed Spike and Hannah to the Littles group. While Spike is a little guy, Hannah is one of the more substantial Littles - still, she fit in quite nicely and seemed to enjoy her day as much as Spike did. Chocolate Poodle Bailey H found a very fine circle of friends as well. She was a little nervous when she first came in, but her curiosity led her to many new friends who were just her speed, and she bounced around like she'd been camping with us all her life.
Today is Maltese Ivy's first day with us. She's a natural teacher's pet, and that's alright, but we plan to coax her into some of our Littles play before her day is finished!
We're wishing our good friend Willow speedy healing. She's twisted her knee - we think she perhaps was enjoying some wild dancing at the dog park. We're missing you, Willow.
