Our Facilities

Scampers Daycamp for Dogs offers two facilities, located to provide convenient pooch care for families living or working on Seattle’s “East Side” – Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell, Woodinville, Bellevue, and  environs.

Scampers Kirkland

Scampers original location, on NE 124th Street in Kirkland in the Totem Lake area, is less than ½ mile east of the I-405 interchange, convenient for clients living or working in Kirkland, Redmond, Bothell and Woodinville. The Kirkland facility offers overall 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor play and rest spaces, subdivided to accommodate larger and smaller dogs, and quieter and more rambunctious dogs, ensuring easy frolic and fun for your pooch. In addition, the Kirkland facility offers approximately 5,000 square feet of asphalt outdoor play space, which is similarly subdivided so dogs can mix and mingle with those pooches they are most comfortable with.

A 6’ high fence surrounds the outdoor play area, keeping the dogs safely away from our neighbors’ properties and the Rain Garden.

The Kirkland facility is also outfitted with secure “suites” to accommodate a small number of canine overnight guests.

Scampers Bellevue

Scampers second location, on Bel-Red Road in Bellevue between 130th Avenue and 132nd Avenue, is particularly convenient for people living or working in Bellevue, Kirkland’s Bridle Trails neighborhood, or Redmond’s Crossroads neighborhood. While somewhat smaller in floor area, Scampers Bellevue is subdivided into three large play areas, and, thanks to the previous tenant’s extra-large garage doors, those play areas are indoor/outdoor year-’round.

Our Setup

Flooring in both locations is recycled rolled rubber, to be gentle on the pooches’ paws and joints. Indoor fencing is 5’ white vinyl, and outdoors is a secure 6’ high, white vinyl in Bellevue and powder coated chain link in Kirkland.

We have designed our spaces very thoughtfully, and outfitted them with loving care and attention so Scampers Campers can “Play All Day and Go Home Happy”.
