As we reach the end of another busy week, even Scampers campers look a little tired! Lots of sniffing and romping really takes a toll on your dogs – perhaps you’ve noticed? If you’ve been curious about why they sleep so soundly at night, have a look at some of the video clips we’ve been posting on the Scampers Facebook page. Feel free to add a photo of your sleepy pooch to our collection too.
Spring has definitely sprung!
We mentioned last week that we’re seeing signs of the onset of Spring. One particular sign for dog owners is when their dogs begin to “blow coat” … in great hairy hunks. Perhaps you’ve noticed that too? Have a look at our floor the next time you come to pick up your pooch – our cleanup crew vacuums up a couple of cats’-worth every night!
Chris Sugarbaker of Cut-’N-Run – March 29th
One of the most beneficial things you can do for your dog if he or she is blowing coat is have him or her groomed professionally – all that brushing and blow drying works wonders to remove excess fur. The next time Chris Sugarbaker will be visiting Scampers is on March 29th, and while that’s 10 days off, we already have taken some bookings for him, so it’s not too soon to claim your dog’s spot.

We’re two weeks into our March edition of Wanted: Friends with “Best Friends”. Remember, when you refer a new client to Scampers and they buy a 10-day punch card, you get a Scampers Free Day Reward Card.

Refer a friend to Scampers during the month of March, 2011 and we’ll waive the Temperament Test fee for their “best friend”, AND you will each receive a Free-Day Reward Card if they purchase a 10-Day Punch Card or Scampers Camper Monthly Pass. That’s up to a $62.00 savings for your friend and up to $29 value for each Reward Card you collect during the month of March, 2011. There is no limit to the number of friends you can bring within the month; and each new friend’s purchase of a pass will result in another Free-Day Reward Card for you. All we need is their vet to fax us their vaccination records (which they normally have a quick template for … our fax number is: 425-821-4685), and we’ll take it from there! Be sure explain that they were “wanted” so we can give you each your Rewards during our Wanted! March Event!!
