We’re running a Paint the Town Purple Contest!
As always, we’re in business-building mode. We haven’t filled up our back room yet, and we’d love to do that this year. Each new client referral resulting in a purchase between now and July 31st will be eligible for a draw for a pair of gift certificates – one for the refer-er and one the refer-ee – for a fine dinner for two at either Purple Wine Bar in Kirkland or Purple Wine Bar in Woodinville.
Congratulations to the Redmond Relay Runners – $3718.95 Raised!
We’re so proud of our Redmond Relay Runners! The fifteen-member team of fifteen-year-olds almost doubled their goal of $2,000 in donations for The American Cancer Society in their first time out at the Relay for Life at Redmond High School. Five members of the Redmond Relay Runners – Elaine Wang (Team Captain), Sarah Hughes, Katrina Andersen, Blake Roberts and Hannah Parish – are the Scampers Clean Up Crew, working to fund their school trip later this month – they’ll be winging off to Europe for a whirlwind two week tour of France, Italy and Spain. We at Scampers are so very proud of their accomplishment, and so proud to have been their sponsors.

Eric Olsgaard, aka “The Dude”, leaves Scampers this week to pursue new opportunities. Eric began working with Scampers as handyman-in-charge as we built out and furnished the shop, laying and caulking 5,000 square feet of rubber flooring, building and installing the workroom, the laundry, shelf systems and “dog butt” hooks, as well as the entire interior fencing system. We are so grateful for all his hard work as he helped us to build our dream. We wish Eric every success in his endeavors.

Pooch Needs a Spruce-Up? Chris Sugarbaker of Cut-’N-Run – Next Visit is Tuesday, June 21st
Chris will be at Scampers for a grooming visit again on Tuesday, June 21st. If your dog needs some sprucing up, be sure to claim your dog’s spot with him as early as you can – his schedule fills up quickly.
