At our Bellevue shop, our playzones are east-facing and enjoy the morning sun, but we are shielded from the afternoon sun, so the ambient temperatures are reliably as reported on the weather channels. We do not have AC in Bellevue, so during warm weather, we employ fans and large amounts of water in the form of spritzers, misters, hoses, pooch pools, and plenty of water bowls. - Keep an eye on your email inbox for any email blasts from us, and…
- Make sure info@scampersdogs.com is in your Safe Senders list – we’ll send out an announcement if we need to close.
- Check our website for special announcements
- Call ahead to make sure we’re open, and verify our closing time.
- On those days when the forecast calls for temperatures exceeding 94 degrees, we close our Bellevue shop at 2:00pm.

At Kirkland, the outdoor playzones are west-facing, and therefore so much hotter than the gauges are telling us; however, the indoor playzones are temperature controlled, and we bring the dogs indoors when it gets too hot.
Bellevue folks, remember, the Kirkland shop is an option for you as long as there’s still capacity. Again, please phone ahead to make sure there’s space! |
