Coronavirus Safety Precautions

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, we have instituted the following safety precautions to protect our staff and to protect our customers.

All persons must wear a mask while on the premises.

We have disposable masks available for anyone who does not have a mask at arrival.

Customers are limited to the entry area only. Access the interior of our facility is limited to staff only.

Only one client at a time in our vestibule.

We no longer take dogs’ leashes into the premises – they remain with the clients.

Dogs are transferred through a gate under a plastic barrier which prevents contact between client and staff.

Clients put their credit cards on file in our encrypted kennel management system for all financial transactions.

We clean our front desk, computer mouse and keyboard, telephone, vestibule, gates, and fences using wipes with bleach solution.

We clean our hallways and play zone floors with a veterinary-grade germicide.

As they enter the facility and as they leave the facility, all dogs are given a wipe-down with waterless shampoo.
