Dear Scampers People –

Scampers Raffle Winners at Redmond’s Whiskers, Wings and Wagging Tails

Scampers enjoyed participating in our first event sponsorship with the Scampers information booth at Whiskers, Wings and Wagging Tails last Saturday. Winners of the Scampers Camper Pass raffle were Niki B’s “Yoda”, Michele M’s “Sky”, Allana G’s “DJ”, Linda T’s “Yogi”, and Jody M’s “Quincey” and “Chloe”. Meanwhile, Stina was the lucky winner of a Gift Certificate to FetchDog from Silvermark Insurance, offering Pets Best Insurance.

Upcoming Dog Event – Go Dog Go! – July 23

Scampers will also be participating as Best In Show sponsor in Go Dog Go! at Juanita Beach on July 23rd.

Memorial Day Holiday Closing

Monday, May 30th, Scampers will be closed to observe the Memorial Day holiday. We hope all our Campers and their people have a wonderful long weekend.

Scampers Sponsoring Redmond Relay Runners in Relay for Life Next Weekend

Scampers is proud and delighted to sponsor the “Redmond Relay Runners” participating in the American Cancer Society’s 24 Hour Relay for Life at Redmond Senior High School on June 4th and 5th. The Redmond Relay Runners team includes the Scampers cleanup crew members led by Elaine Wang.

Fundraising Treats Now Available! As an additional fundraising effort to benefit the American Cancer Society, The Redmond Relay Runners have baked up some special treats for your pooches. Bags of treats can be picked up at Scampers front desk – Available in three flavors – meat, cheese and peanut butter, the bags of treats are selling for $3.00 apiece, or $5.00 for two.

Pooch Needs a Spruce-Up? Chris Sugarbaker of Cut-’N-Run – Next Visit is Tuesday, June 7th

Chris will be at Scampers for a grooming visit again on Tuesday, June 7th. If your dog needs some sprucing up, be sure to claim your dog’s spot with him as early as you can – his schedule fills up quickly.

Pawlogic Dog Training LLC

Cathy Madson of Pawlogic Dog Training has been using the Scampers space after hours for group classes including Basic Obedience, Continuing Obedience and Real Life Training, and Introduction to Obedience for Puppies.
