Over the years, Scampers owners sought out training in dog behavior and pack management from various sources, but as Scampers expanded, it became more challenging to impart the knowledge we had gained to our staffers in a way that all staffers  received the same information, and that the information “landed” as intended.
In 2024, we identified PackPro Training as the best training program to suit Scampers philosophy and standards.
Our objective was to ensure that all our staffers receive all the information they need in order to provide excellent care for your dogs, and that they all receive the same information.
Our staffers have been pursuing the training modules and 90% of them have achieved their certifications in Dog Body Language, Group Management, New Dog Evaluation, Customer Service, and Canine Health, First Aid, & CPR, with more modules under development.
